- On your playslip, select one (1) number from 0 to 9 in each of the 6 columns. You can also tell the lotto teller your numbers, or choose Lucky Pick (LP) for a random set.
- Each 6‑digit combination costs ₱10.00 per play (minimum). You may play more than ₱10.00 per combination by marking the desired play amount in the AMT column.
- You can play the same numbers for up to 6 consecutive draws by marking the number of draws in the DRAW panel.

- To win, your 6‑digit number must match the drawn numbers in exact order for the prize tiers.
- Prizes are awarded for matching the full 6‑digit number, or the first/last 5, 4, 3, or 2 digits.
Winning Condition
- To win the jackpot, match all six numbers drawn.
- Consolation prizes are awarded for matching any 3, 4, or 5 numbers.

- If there are multiple first prize winners, the pool is divided equally among them. Each winner is guaranteed at least ₱150,000.00 per ₱10.00 bet.
- Pari‑mutuel system applies to the first prize: the actual amount may be lower than the published prize if there are many winners.
